-Wrong deliveries In the event of a wrong delivery, you as a customer have an obligation to notify us and send back the wrongly sent item unless otherwise stated. Collection If no other pick-up address is specified, the item is picked up from us at Malmö during our opening hours. The goods are not packaged & the customer must provide the packaging himself. When buying bulky goods, a carrying aid must be brought along. Collection of won goods must take place within 10 days after the end of the auction. If the product is not picked up within the specified time, the product belongs to us & the right to a refund is exhausted. If you cannot collect the goods yourself, you can send an agent.
